Evenings at Chokhi Dhani are very special. A village fair is recreated on the sprawling ground. While folk dancers and musicians entertain, tangy and mouth-watering snacks whet the appetite for a truly sumptuous and traditional Rajasthani Meal, served in the typical style of Manuhaar. Though Rajasthani food is our specialty, the menu includes the best of Mughlai, continental & Chinese cuisine also. For private parties, cocktail etc., the verdant poolside lawns offer an ideal venue for upto 400 persons. While waiters in the traditional village garb bustle about, aroma of cooking from the in situ kitchen wafts in the air. Clinking glasses and the choicest liquor complete the picture of a perfect evening to round off a perfect business day.
